All items sold through Suncatcher Sanctuary’s shop are one-of-a-kind art pieces created by our resident cats. Because each piece is unique and handmade, and because proceeds support our nonprofit mission to care for special needs and hospice cats, we have a limited return policy.
Refunds
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our cat-painted canvases, we do not accept returns or exchanges on art pieces unless the item arrives damaged during transport.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your canvas arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@suncatchersanctuary.org with images of the damaged item. We can provide a full refund of the item once the item is returned to us. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
