Originally from Lebanon, Aiko has an incredible story of resilience. He was tragically used as target practice and shot multiple times with a BB gun, leading to multiple surgeries and leaving him paralyzed. When he arrived at Suncatcher Sanctuary, his back was shaved, and he had to wear clothes—something he ended up loving!

Aiko is our little fashionista and a foodie. He adores snuggling and will lovingly wrap his arms around you for affection. Due to his spinal cord injury, he can’t blink his left eye, giving him a perpetual wink that adds to his unique charm.
